Welcome to my site, Sleep to Sounds Of Ocean Waves. Let me tell you a little about who I am.
I am the creator of the Relaxing Ocean Waves Sounds CD. It along with my many other relaxing music CD’s are available on iTunes, Amazon and many other online digital stores.
If you get to know me, you will find that I am a very creative person. In fact, if I’m not creating something, I’m bored beyond belief! It seems like my mind goes a mile a minute.
Many years ago now, I suffered from a condition called a conversion disorder. During that time, I quickly realized that I did not know how to relax. About the only way I could sleep through the night was because of pure exhaustion, not necessarily because I could relax and fall asleep.
Working my way through massage school, I began to learn the power of relaxation. The more I relaxed, the more I could sleep deeper throughout the night which left me feel more rested. It was during massage school that I began to share some of the music I created and I found that it fit in perfectly with my clients as they tried to relax from the stress of life.
Since that time, I have created some wonderful music that helps people to relax. The Relaxing Ocean Waves Sounds CD is one of the latest CD’s that I released. This CD was recorded on Canaveral National Seashore on the Atlantic Ocean near New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
To help me sleep more deep and feel more rested, I play this every night on repeat through my iPod docking station speaker. It really does make a difference for me and I’ve noticed that my two cats love the sounds of it as well. It even relaxes them!
My hope is that those who purchase this CD will be able to relax and sleep to the sounds of ocean waves. I would love to hear from you about your story as well especially if this CD is as powerful to you, as it is to me.
