Have you ever had that wonderful vacation to visit the ocean? Did you stand in awe of the inspiration from the ocean? Did the waves lull you into a deep place of connectedness and calm for your life?
If it did, than most likely you will enjoy a video of ocean waves on this page. I never can get enough of the ocean and just to listen to the sounds is like listening to heaven. If you’ve been to the ocean, you will know exactly what I mean.
When I visit the ocean, it is as if time stops! Whether it is when I am actually standing before the ocean or I am listening to a video of ocean waves, time comes to a standstill. Hours and minutes can slip by so quickly until I realize that I have been there much longer than it feels like. As I sit down on the sand or lie on a beach towel, it is easy for me to fall asleep.
With my new CD, Relaxing Ocean Wave Sounds, that I recorded, I can now play the ocean at any time. I no longer just have to wait until I go to the ocean to hear these things. Even watching the video of ocean waves below, helps bring it home for me.

1) Relaxing Ocean Waves At Canaveral National Seashore, Florida
This is one of my videos that I posted on YouTube. It is a very short video, but it just gives that beautiful connection to the ocean. For me, it connects me back to the day I took this video and it means so much. This video is the sound of ocean waves coming. There is no music or other sounds with this video, other than the ocean waves.
2) Swimming Dolphins at St. Augustine, Florida
While this is a video of ocean waves, it is also a video of swimming dolphins put to the backdrop of one of my pieces of relaxing piano music. I still remember walking along the beach that morning and these dolphins came swimming close to the shore. Since the shore had a big drop off, they were very close to us. While the video is only a little over a minute long, that is about all I could record. They swam by so quickly, that I barely managed to get this much of a recording. I don’t think I have ever seen dolphins swim that close to me in nature and it was a beautiful sight.
Please continue to check back as I will try to keep putting up more videos of my trips to the ocean. I realize that I am fortunate to live so close to the ocean, but not everyone is as lucky.
